Greenway Weed Solutions has a distribution center in QLD only. All orders will be shipped from this location.

We offer courier-calculated shipping upon checkout on orders for delivery Australia-wide. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from order confirmation unless pre-ordered or specified otherwise.

Delivery

Expected delivery times will vary. Local QLD deliveries can be 1-3 business days. Interstate, NSW, VIC can be 3-5 business days. WA, 5-7 business days. These expected delivery times can vary and greatly depend on carrier loads and current economic conditions.

Order tracking details will be emailed when your order has been processed. Tracking numbers will only become active when the order has been scanned by the carrier once it has been collected from the warehouse.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a money-back guarantee within 5 business days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@greenwayweedsolutions.com and we can arrange the return from there.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned at the buyer's cost to our Queensland warehouse. Dropoffs to the warehouse within business hours are also accepted. 

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

As change of mind postage returns is to be paid by the buyer, we recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. Any unpaid postage sent to Greenway Weed Solutions will incur an additional payment fee charged to the buyer's account. The buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Greenway Weed Solutions will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the buyer chooses not to insure.
