Order Processes
Greenway Weed Solutions primarily ship products within Australia, however, if products are requested for international shipping, we are happy to arrange something for you! Australia-wide estimated shipping costs are free for all online orders. Bulk purchases may incur shipping fees through our Bulk Pricing Form.
Depending on where you are in Australia, it can take between 1-10 business days.
Orders are processed within 2 business days unless purchased in bulk or specified otherwise. Shipping times can also be affected by current economical situations, carrier loads, and the time of the year. An estimated shipping period is provided to all customers through our checkout.
If you have any issues with your order or are experiencing extended delays, we recommend lodging an inquiry directly with the carrier. If you are not able to get a response, or the carrier directly reaches out to Greenway Weed Solutions staff, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Bulk Purchases

Our Bulk Purchases form contains all of the necessary information for a GWS staff member to provide an accurate quote for product pricing and shipping. Once you have confirmed you would like to proceed with the Bulk purchase, a finalised quote will be provided and included on your invoice.
GWS outsources multiple quotes from freight companies, to ensure you are getting the best pricing! If you have a preferred carrier, GWS can work with you to ship your items through them.
Yes! Our bulk purchases form is specifically designed to benefit everyone in the market space. GWS is happy to create tailored programs for vegetation managers, pastoralists, farmers, and hobby farmers alike. If in doubt, reach out.
Shipping & Returns
Yes we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a money-back guarantee within 5 business days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@greenwayweedsolutions.com and we can arrange the return from there.

All Greenway Weed Solutions (GWS) orders are sent via trackable and insured carriers. If for any reason, your order is damaged or lost during transit, GWS will notify you as soon as possible.
The process of replacing lost or damaged items is as follows:
- Either the carrier or the customer notifies GWS of a damaged or lost package during transit. If the carrier is the one to notify GWS about the lost or damaged items, then GWS will notify the customer.
- GWS reaches out to the respective carrier to confirm that the package has been lost or damaged.
- Once the carrier has either accepted or declined the claim for the lost/damaged goods, then GWS will reach out directly to the customer to arrange the replacement items to be sent out. Please allow 2 business days for the items to be packaged and dispatched from our warehouse.
